Whether you're updating your furnishings, remodeling or doing new construction, we begin by working together to define a program to meet your needs. This program provides the guide for an overall project plan, which may be illustrated with floor plans (above) and other drawings.

Our goal in this stage is to confirm the direction of the project plan. For some projects, it may help to have a three dimensional "picture" of the planned result. This might be provided by a scaled model (above) or perspective drawings based on the design.

If your project requires construction estimates or permitting, we will provide a drawing set for your use in these processes. These drawings will include the plans necessary for your particular project and may include construction drawings, electrical plans, elevations (above), etc.

Once any physical changes to the space are defined, we focus on developing a color palette and identify options for finish materials (flooring, tile, countertops, paint, etc.) and furnishings (above). Our goal is to create an interior design that is a reflection of your functional requirements, lifestyle and tastes.
